LNR(linear rubber bearing):LNR-Ⅰ、LNR-Ⅱ

The product is manufactured in accordance with EN15129 standard.

Natural rubber bearing (LNR) linear natural rubber bearing: a bearing that has no vertical lead core inside, and is formed by alternately stacking multiple layers of natural rubber and multiple layers of steel plates or other materials.

Marking method: The marking of bearing products should be composed of bearing type code, bearing shape and size.
Main parameter code: the circle is represented by the effective diameter (mm), and the rectangle is represented by the effective side length of the long side × the effective side length of the short side (mm).
Example 1: Natural rubber vibration isolation bearing, the effective diameter of the circular bearing is 500mm, marked as: LNR500.
Example 2: Natural rubber vibration isolation bearing, rectangular bearing size 500mm×600mm, marked as: LNR500×600.

Structural Requirements
Building seismic isolation rubber bearings with different usage requirements can have different lamination structures, sizes, manufacturing processes and formulation designs. Building seismic isolation rubber bearings should meet the required vertical bearing capacity, vertical and horizontal stiffness, horizontal deformation capacity, damping ratio and other performance requirements, and should have a service life of not less than 60 years.

Features of LNR Horizontal Force Dispersion Rubber Bearings
1) It has a good ability to adapt to the free expansion and rotation of the beam body;
2) It can meet the requirements of large shear displacement under the action of temperature change and earthquake, and the integrity of the bearing is good;
3) The bearing is effectively connected with the main girder and the bridge pier, and each pier bears the force together, especially for the curved girder bridge, the horizontal force dispersion effect is good:
4) Strong recovery ability, no residual deformation after large displacement shear deformation, and small change in characteristics;
5) Good creep characteristics and stable performance;
6) The surface of the bearing is covered with a rubber layer to protect the internal rubber from the influence of ozone, ultraviolet rays, etc., and has better aging resistance;
7) Easy to install, maintain, repair and replace.
