LRB( lead rubber bearing) :LRB-Ⅰ、LRB-Ⅱ
LRB series lead core vibration isolation rubber bearings are divided into rectangular lead core vibration isolation rubber bearings and round lead core vibration isolation rubber bearings according to the shape of the body.

The vertical load transfer process of LRB series lead-core vibration isolation rubber bearing is: beam body → upper embedded steel plate → upper connecting steel plate → upper sealing plate → laminated structure of rubber, lead core and stiffening steel plate → lower sealing plate → lower connecting steel plate → Pier.

The seismic horizontal load transfer process of the LRB series lead-core isolation rubber bearing is: pier → lower anchoring component → lower connecting steel plate → shear key, lower sealing plate → rubber, lead core, stiffened steel plate laminated structure → upper sealing plate, Shear key → upper connecting steel plate → upper pre-embedded steel plate → transmitted to the beam body through the upper anchoring component.

Features:

1. The vertical stiffness is stable and the bridge load bearing effect is good;

2. The horizontal stiffness is moderate, which can meet the needs of large displacement caused by earthquakes;
